Falguni Thakkar is a dynamic and passionate educationist with a first?hand understanding of working with young children. She has over two decades of experience in Early Childhood Care and Education across different roles.

She has worked as a facilitator as well as a Pre-Primary Academic In-charge with renowned schools. She has been actively involved in several teacher training programs and also inspired many while working as a Creative Head with a well-known teacher training institute.

Having worked with a diverse group of students has helped her gain in-depth knowledge in planning a developmentally appropriate inquiry-based curriculum that focuses on experiential learning opportunities. She is adept at creating unique and engaging quality programs that nurture each child in acquiring a love for learning.

Her philosophy in teaching is that all children thrive with positive support, encouragement, and consistent structure from adults within their lives and communities. She works in partnership with parents and team members with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for children. She is actively committed to ongoing professional development by keeping abreast of new methods and technology, and sharing this knowledge with the team, families and community.

Her goal is to create a learning environment at Kiddie Den that embraces spontaneous learning, inculcates positive values and aims to ignite children’s curiosity and confidence to explore new experiences and extend their existing knowledge and skills through play and investigations.
